Please note: For parties and events that need extra time to setup and set down, please put the start and end times to EXCLUDE setup/set down time and then ADD the hours you need to setup/set down in the next questions.

Hire Fees ( all per hour):-

Main hall, kitchen + toilets………..£25 (discount for village residents & regular events)

Main Hall for Parties………………..£50 ( discount for village residents)

Setup & Clear Up time………………£1

Meeting room ………..………………£8

Bar facilities ………………………….£6 (includes alcohol licence)

Kitchen only……………………………£6

Stage…………………………………….£30 per event

PA System ……………………………..£20 per event

Digital projector………………………£20 per event

Fees include 30 minute buffer between events to allow time to get in and get out.

Fees for regular bookings (more than six per year) are at a reduced rate.

Additionally tables, chairs and crockery may be hired for outside events.

To book an event (except under 13 children’s parties) a £350 deposit is required.

Providing sufficient notice is given, the Hall is available for Wedding Receptions on a Saturday at a fixed rate of £1000, to include setting up on Friday and clearing away on Sunday.
